I showed several houses in St. Albans and one in Cross Lanes. The couple I was with are serious about purchasing but definitely noticed parking issues, pet odor, home cleanliness. Oh they comment on nice features as well but "shine your house like a new dollar".

well...We are past the April 30th deadline for the tax incentive. So now what? It won't be good for this economy if the government doesn't offer something new or a continuation of the old. I believe the feds have agreed to holding off raising interest rates for awhile.
